Returns are easy!  Just follow the step-by-step return guide below.

Step-by-step return guide

  1. Contact me to let me know you want to return an item.
  2. Put the item(s) you wish to return in a parcel.  You may use the parcel that your order arrived in.  Seal it.
  3. Address it to:

    Green Lane, PA 18054
  4. Take the parcel to a convenient parcel shop of your choice and let them do their thing – they love this stuff.
  5. Done! We’ll refund you when the parcel has reached my shop. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.  I will contact you to confirm receipt and refund!
